This full-time role (Tuesday-Saturday) is ideal for a leader who is passionate about fashion, customer service, and mentoring a team to deliver exceptional results.ResponsibilitiesLead our team in a contemporary yet timeless boutique retail environmentAct as a passionate brand ambassador for Elka CollectiveMonitor store sales performance and support continuous improvementOversee store operations, including stockroom and visual merchandisingDeliver a standout customer experience, hosting in-store seasonal eventsDevelop and maintain VIP customer relationshipsManage loss prevention strategies and stock shrinkage controlsEffectively control store wage costs and manage rosters for successRecruit, train, and coach a high-performing team aligned with brand valuesEnsure a safe and healthy work environment in line with OH&S legislationQualificationsYou''re someone who thrives in a boutique retail environment and loves leading a team to success.
