If you''re passionate about building awareness, generating pipeline, and turning ideas into results, we want you on our team!ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns to boost pipeline growth.Turn business goals into impactful campaign strategies.Partner with Sales for seamless lead handoff and followup.Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance insights.Manage marketing data and ensure accurate segmentation.Collaborate on content, paid ads, landing pages, and conversion paths.Localize global campaigns and manage events to enhance brand presence.Skills and ExperienceA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Around 5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, ideally in software or tech.Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and marketing automation tools to help manage campaigns.Comfortable analyzing campaign performance and sharing ideas for improvement.Experience running multichannel campaigns (social, email, paid ads) and supporting events.A creative mindset and a proactive approach to solving challenges.About IdeagenIdeagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
