About the role IPN''s Receptionists provide a high standard of customer service and administration to patients and doctors. Supporting the successful running of the centre the role includes: Greeting patients, answering telephone calls, patient triage and booking patient appointments Document scanning and email management Patient billing and payment collection Working as part of a team supporting the Practice Manager Skills & experience Medical receptionist experience (highly regarded but not essential) Strong proficiency in, or ability to quickly pick up document scanning processes Ability to develop quality working relationships and work in a busy team environment Exceptional customer service, data entry and communication skills Proven multitasking, problemsolving and timemanagement skills Experience using Best Practice or other practice management software (highly desirable but not essential) Careerprogression opportunities Flexible working arrangements Experienced teams and a safe environment How to apply Select Apply for this job to submit your application.
