This position involves comprehensive medication management, clinical pharmacy services, and care coordination, tailored to the complex needs of children receiving cellular therapies in an inpatient and ambulatory setting. The Lead Pharmacist will also provide services to nonmalignant haematology.What Youll Be DoingAs a member of the multidisciplinary team, you will optimise patient outcomes in alignment with hospital protocols, FACTJACIE standards, and the NSW BMT & Cellular Therapies Network.
