Employment Type: Permanent Full TimePosition Classification: Pharmacist Gde 3Remuneration: 137103.89 - 140813.79 full time equivalent base salary range (excludes super, leave loading and salary packaging)Hours Per Week: 38Requisition ID: REQ650960Location: RandwickApplications close: Midnight on 30 March 2026About SCHThe Sydney Childrens Hospital (SCH) Lead Pharmacist Transplant & Cellular Therapies provides high-level, evidence-based, tertiary clinical pharmacy services to paediatric patients undergoing cellular therapies, including autologous and allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and CAR T-cell therapy. This position involves comprehensive medication management, clinical pharmacy services, and care coordination, tailored to the complex needs of children receiving cellular therapies in an inpatient and ambulatory setting. The Lead Pharmacist will also provide services to nonmalignant haematology.What Youll Be DoingAs a member of the multidisciplinary team, you will optimise patient outcomes in alignment with hospital protocols, FACTJACIE standards, and the NSW BMT & Cellular Therapies Network.
