Join us on our mission to redefine wealth platforms and help shape the future of financial services.The RoleAs an Investment Administrator - SMA (Payments & Transfers), you will be responsible for the initial and ongoing administration of SMA client accounts (super and non-super). Your focus will be on the timely and accurate processing of daily payments, contributions, withdrawals, and asset (in-specie) transfers. You will also handle client onboarding via applications, ensuring accounts are set up and maintained correctly.This role is specialist in nature and sits at the centre of our operational processes, working closely with teams across the business and external custodians to ensure funds flow efficiently and securely.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess daily payments and contributions including direct debits, credits, fees, pension payments, super contributions, and BPAY transactions.Manage in-specie asset transfers (internal and external), liaising with custodians, counterparties, and third parties to ensure smooth completion.Onboard new client accounts via applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation.Monitor and resolve items in the Zendesk ticketing system within agreed service levels.Collaborate with custodians, counterparties, and internal teams to resolve breaks, payments, and transfer issues.Support continuous improvement by contributing ideas and participating in testing for new systems and processes. Desired Qualifications, Experience and CompetenciesTertiary degree in business or related field (desirable) or RG146 compliance.Minimum 2 years experience in funds management, platforms, or custody environments.Understanding of custody and superannuation operations.Strong skills in MS Office (especially Excel).High attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to resolve complex or ambiguous issues.Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.A proactive, adaptable, and cooperative approach.
