The opportunity Location: Australia (Canberra, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane) or Papua New Guinea or Fiji Position Type: Full-time ongoing appointment The role The Associate Director, Inclusion, Justice and Transformation is responsible for growing and positioning Tetra Techs IJT portfolio through business development leadership, strategic client engagement and highquality technical advisory. Working closely with DFAT, MFAT and delivery partners, the role ensures inclusive, rightsbased and transformative approaches are embedded across investment design, delivery and learning. Key responsibilities Lead and support business development for priority DFAT and MFAT inclusion, justice and GEDSIrelated opportunities Shape inclusion strategies within bids, including win themes, technical approaches, staffing models and pricing inputs Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, delivery partners and sector stakeholders Provide highquality technical advisory support across investment design, implementation, MEL and independent reviews Contribute to thought leadership, market engagement and positioning Tetra Tech as a trusted IJT partner Mentor and support teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and highperformance culture Selection criteria Tertiary qualification in social sciences, international development, public policy, business or a related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years experience in gender equality, disability equity & rights, social inclusion, justice or safeguarding in an international development context Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to business development in a competitive consulting or professional services environment Strong understanding of DFAT policy frameworks, including GEDSI, safeguarding and PSEAH requirements Proven ability to translate inclusion and intersectionality theory into practical, fundable programmes Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and relationshipbuilding skills To view the complete Position Description, please click here.
