The Opportunity An opportunity has been created for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a capable, collaborative HR team. This role supports a geographically dispersed client group and operates as a true generalist HRBP. It blends operational delivery with strategic intent supporting leaders to achieve their goals while navigating the realities of a complex, fastmoving environment. Youll partner closely with senior leaders and people managers, providing pragmatic advice and solutions across the full employee lifecycle. What Youll Be Doing Building manager capability in people leadership and performance management Coaching leaders on contemporary, practical HR practices Supporting the development and execution of people strategies aligned to business priorities Advising on organisational design, workforce planning and structural change Monitoring performance management processes and supporting effective outcomes Managing employee relations matters in partnership with leaders and senior HR Contributing to HR projects and change initiatives as required Being present in the business, including some travel Interstate About You Youre an experienced HR Business Partner who enjoys working at the coalface of the business and building trust through action.
