Key Responsibilities Joining as a Junior Broker in the team, the successful applicant will start off by learning the basic tasks and work his/her way up to be a full-fledged broker. Provide pricing and brokering services to our clients in the Australian markets Provide trading strategies and handle new client onboarding tasks as well as responsible for timely and accurate trade/data entries Work closely with front office staff to resolve customers queries as they arise and elevate when appropriate Calculate dealing prices in accordance with Company policies Business development into prospective clients based in Australia and any other potential revenue-generating markets Sales and client relationship management with customers and prospective customers Update desk members on previous day trades and any broking issues Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the respective Managers Key Requirements Excellent communication in English is required A keen interest in the financial brokerage industry Any prior sales/broking experience across the region is a plus Good rapport building skills is a must Outgoing and able to socialise with clients Fast learner with strong interpersonal and communication skills Preferably quick-witted and numerically inclined Good team player and able to work well independently Good tolerance for stress in a fast-paced environment Able to work well under pressure Please also note that all data collected will be treated strictly confidential and used for recruitment purpose only.
