You will be one of a team of Finance Business Partners aligned to specific operational areas across the organisation, sitting within a broader finance team. The role is highly visible - you will work day to day with program managers and healthcare leaders who rely on you to make financial information accessible and actionable. This is a broad position that rewards people who lead with relationships and back them up with solid financial work. Responsibilities Business Partnering: Partner with non-finance operational leaders to provide financial expertise, analysis, and insights that support program-level decision making Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the end-to-end budget and forecast cycle for your portfolio, from initial build through to ongoing tracking and reforecast Management Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with meaningful variance commentary for internal and external stakeholders Government Funding Reporting: Support compliance reporting for block-funded programs, reporting back to funding bodies as required Financial Operations: Post month-end journals and perform balance sheet reconciliations as part of the standard close process Continuous improvement of finance processes, reporting tools, and business partnering practices across the team About You For success in this position, we are looking for a Finance Business Partner with proven experience in a similar partnering or FP&A role.
