The Opportunity We are expanding our Brisbane team and seeking a Director with a strong track record in delay analysis within the construction industry. You will bring experience preparing expert reports for adjudication, arbitration and/or litigation, and the confidence to lead complex commissions. Skills And Experience Exceptional analytical capability, with the ability to forensically review complex data sets linked to disputes. Proven experience as a delay expert or lead assistant on major infrastructure projects. Ideally, prior appointment as an Expert Witness, including experience with crossexamination. Strong proficiency on key project controls software, such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. Solid understanding of delay analysis principles and their practical application.
