About The Role This isnt just another call centre role; its purposedriven work that saves lives. Youll be the first voice our clients hear in moments that matter, from medical emergencies to simple system checks. We have three fulltime, 38hourperweek roles available on a rotating 24/7 roster. Where youll: Answer incoming calls triggered by our clients medical and duress alarms Dispatch emergency services where required Provide reassurance and remain calm under pressure Follow clear protocols and accurate admin processes Troubleshoot and support accidental and test alarm calls Youll be based in our Eagle Farm office, with hybrid work opportunities available for some shifts once trained. What Were Looking For A natural people person with empathy and a calm phone manner Strong resilience and ability to stay composed in emergencies High attention to detail Proven customer service experience Good computer skills and fast, accurate typing First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain) Reliable, teamfocused, and looking for a stable, longterm role Flexibility is Key Afternoon, night and weekend shifts (penalty rates apply) Roster provided one month in advance Hybrid work is available for some shifts for the right people, with the appropriate equipment, after training is successful Why Join Tunstall?
