The Role Due to continued growth and increased workflow, an opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer (3+ years PAE) to join this high-performing Brisbane-based team. You will: Act primarily for defendants in personal injury claims, particularly abuse matters Advise on public liability, workers compensation appeals, property damage, and policy interpretation Work on coverage disputes and general insurance and contractual matters Collaborate closely with senior practitioners on complex litigation Contribute to client relationship management and business development initiatives This role offers exposure to high-quality work across a broad range of industries including construction, resources, agribusiness, property, not-for-profit, technology, and infrastructure.
