Located in Fitzroy North, Melbourne, Clifton Views is a 123-bed residence offering a comprehensive array of senior care services in a high-quality aged care environment. This is a full-time leadership role focused on resident-focused care, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. About the Role As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Clifton Views, including ageing in place, respite, memory support, and extra services. You will lead a dedicated team and oversee clinical and non-clinical operations, financial management, human resources, compliance, quality, and the customer experience. This is a pivotal leadership role that requires a strong commitment to resident-focused care, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
