This role combines handson technical depth with strategic leadership, serving as the CTO''s primary partner in driving AIpowered engineering transformation. You will lead a team of Technical Leads and Cloud DevOps Engineers, embedding AIfirst practices across the engineering function to improve development speed, delivery quality, and scalability.You''ll provide highlevel technical direction across 1015 concurrent projects, champion smart engineering practices, and ensure infrastructure is secure, reliable, and costoptimised.
