In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park and Coburg.About the Role: The Emergency Medicine Physician provides high quality Emergency Care to patients presenting to the Northern Hospital Emergency Department (ED). They will be involved with the supervision and training of Junior Medical Officers (JMOs) working in the Emergency Department and work with multidisciplinary teams both on the ED floor and with the inpatient teams to deliver the best possible care for our patients.To be successful in this role you will have:Experience and a good working knowledge of the daytoday functioning of an Australian Emergency Department including departmental flow and hospital accessA proven ability to work safely in an Emergency Department setting with demonstrated safe clinical decision making and technical proficiency in accordance to the NSQHS standards and ACEM requirementsDemonstrated leadership and innovative problemsolving skillsExcellent interpersonal skills across all levels of staff and patients, with a focus on diversity and inclusivity to reflect the communities that we serveNext Steps If this opportunity sounds like the next step in your career, then we would love to hear from you!
