If so, this might be the opportunity for you!About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive individual with strong customer service experience and a passion for inventory accuracy.You will not only be our first point of contact for our customers, but also the key person in branch responsible for all inventory management, stock flow and warehouse coordination.Your key responsibilities will include:Coordinating the receiving, checking and storing of incoming goodsMaintaining accurate inventory records, stock levels and assisting with stocktakesManaging order fulfilment, including picking, packing, and organising store transfersProcessing sales, orders and invoices using point of sale and financial systemsWorking with the branch team to optimise stock availability and movementAssisting customers with product enquiries and building strong, ongoing relationshipsUpholding AGnVETs safety and compliance standardsSupporting general branch operations where requiredAbout YouCert III in Retail (or minimum 2 years retail or warehouse experience)Strong customer service capability with well developed communication skillsProven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and maintain accuracyBasic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) and experience with POS or ERP / Financial systemsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a small teamProblem solving ability and a proactive, self starter mindsetForklift licence (or willingness to obtain)Experience within the agricultural sectorPrevious inventory management or warehouse coordination experienceAbout UsDarling Irrigation is a recognised leading independent provider of irrigation products and services in Australia.
