Hear from Michael (Vet) and Kat (Vet Nurse) and take a quick look around.Your role hereAs Veterinary Director, YoullGuide clinical standards and help the team keep growing their confidence and capabilityMentor your associate vet and nurse team in a way that feels supportive, practical, and upliftingShape the clinic culture day-to-day so people feel safe to ask questions, share ideas, and do their best workStay hands-on with your own caseload while leading the direction of care in the clinicThis is a leadership role with real impact. Youll be the person who sets the tone, keeps the care consistent, and helps the team feel proud of what they do.What Youll Need To BringA BVSc or DVM degree recognised by the AVBC, with the ability to be registered as a veterinarian in AustraliaSupport around youYou wont be leading in isolation.
