At Alfabs Engineering, we dont just fabricate steel, we deliver complex structural solutions that shape industries.Alfabs is seeking a commercially driven Engineering Strategic Growth & Development Manager to lead the front-end growth of our Engineering business.This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving pipeline, securing new work, and shaping strategic growth. You will work closely with the General Manager Engineering and Bid Team to identify opportunities, build key client relationships, and convert leads into high-value projects.This role can be based out of ourParramatta or Kurri Kurri office, offering flexibility across our key locationsApply now andjoin a growing ASX-listed business with a strong pipeline of major projects, where you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of our Engineering division.
