Vertaview Group is looking for a Finance Business Partner to work closely with our Group Financial Controller and CEOs, helping shape decisions that make a difference across our organisation. This permanent, full-time position is currently based at our Eight Mile Plains office, with an exciting relocation to Brisbane CBD later this year, offering even greater accessibility and convenience for our team. In this role, youll bring financial expertise to the table, translating data into clear guidance and actionable strategies. Youll work alongside senior leaders to plan budgets, build financial models, track performance, and uncover opportunities to improve outcomes, all while supporting a workplace culture that values collaboration, transparency, and growth. What Youll Do: Partner with senior leaders to guide financial decisions and strategy Help plan budgets, forecasts, and multi-year financial strategies Analyse performance and provide insights that drive improvement Support business cases and new initiatives with robust financial modelling Build relationships across the organisation and promote financial literacy About You: You have a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or similar You bring at least 5 years of experience in finance, analysis, and reporting Youre confident working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions Experience in complex, multi-entity service organisations (like aged care or disability support) is a bonus You thrive in collaborative, purpose-driven environments This is more than a finance role, its a chance to make an impact across Vertaview Group while working with a team that values transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
