The Ideal Candidate Is Midlevel career HR Manager solo in small to medium business HR Advisor in a team looking to expand experience Solid background as a generalist Must be familiar with Australian Employment obligations / Understanding of EBA interpretations Undertakes workplace investigations Comfortable delivering small group training sessions in HR related areas Will not be required to undertake traditional recruitment only on an adhoc basis if at all.
