About The Opportunity SkyCity is seeking a talented and results driven Food & Beverage Manager to oversee a portfolio of award winning restaurants and bars within South Australias leading entertainment precinct. Reporting to the General Manager Hospitality, youll be fully accountable for the operations, customer experience, culture and compliance of your portfolio as well as delivering on financial guidelines aligned to the strategic direction of Food & Beverage at SkyCity Adelaide as part of the wider SkyCity integrated resort experience. You will operate autonomously and be the main contact for all Food & Beverage matters relevant to your portfolio. You''ll be supported by multiple Venue Managers and Assistant Managers, whom you will work closely with to shape the success of your venues. About You You will bring demonstrated leadership experience grounded in engagement, delegation, motivation, and the ability to influence others to achieve results. Your background includes managing conflict and performance, supported by strong business acumen, financial literacy, and the ability to analyse and communicate reports with clarity. Youll be a confident communicator and speaker, you excel in organisation, priority planning, time management, and multi-tasking. You are results driven, quality focused, reliable, responsible, and approachable, with a willingness to embrace change and take accountability. You can design and deliver effective training and development plans, and you possess strong food and beverage knowledge, with WSET or similar qualifications considered an advantage. Youll have recognised industry qualifications at Diploma or Degree level along with a minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in five star or comparable Food & Beverage or hospitality environments.
