Road Train Operators required for NT mine site - 7 days on / 7 days off - APPLY NOW!Synaco by Synergie is seeking Road Train Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate multi-trailer vehicles to transport bulk materials such as ore or other commodities between designated locations. You will work closely with our logistics and site teams to ensure timely and safe delivery while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.Our client, located in the Northern Territory, offers a lifestyle-friendly 7 on:7 off FIFO roster on an ongoing basis for the right candidates. Chartered flights are provided from Darwin or Cairns, with interstate candidates responsible for their travel to one of these departure points. Onsite meals and accommodation are included. A site-specific pre-employment medical examination and drug and alcohol screening are required prior to mobilisation.What Youll DoOperate road trains safely and efficiently in compliance with company policies and local road transport regulations.Transport bulk materials between mine sites, processing facilities, and stockpiles.Conduct pre-start checks, inspections, and basic maintenance to ensure vehicles are in safe working condition.Monitor load weights and secure cargo to prevent spills or damage.Maintain accurate records of trips, loads, and fuel usage.Report any mechanical issues, incidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor.Work collaboratively with the logistics and operations teams to meet scheduling requirements.What Were Looking ForValid MC license with experience Road Ranger gearbox.Proven experience operating triple or quad road trains in mining, logistics, or heavy haulage industries.Knowledge of load security, weight distribution, and fatigue management practices.Strong commitment to safety and adherence to workplace policies and procedures.Ability to work in remote or challenging environments, including day and night shifts.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.What We OfferCompetitive Hourly Rate: $49.16 per hour (flat rate - day shift and night shift)Work-Life Balance:Enjoy a lifestyle-friendly 7 on:7 off roster, alternating between day shift and night shift.Growth Opportunities: Synaco values ongoing training and career development in partnership with our client.Safety-First Culture: Our top priority is providing a safe and positive work environment.If you''re a qualified, safety-focused Road Train Operatorwith the passion for quality work and safety, we''d love to hear from you!Synaco Global Recruitment is an equal opportunity employer.
