About the Role Reporting directly to the General Director, the People & Culture Coordinator is a newly created, handson role designed to bring consistency, structure and compliance to how the business manages its people. You''ll take the lead on implementing the FoundU workforce management system, cleaning up payroll and timesheet processes, and building the frameworks that help leaders manage their teams fairly and effectively. This is a role for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, gets satisfaction from turning chaos into clarity, and knows how to bring people along on the journey. What You''ll Be Responsible For Workforce Systems & FoundU Implementation Lead the end-to-end rollout of the FoundU platform across the business Develop and deliver training for managers and field teams Monitor adoption and drive consistent use across all sites Provide ongoing system administration and support Workforce Governance & Payroll Processes Standardise timesheet, attendance and allowance processes Ensure payroll data is accurate, compliant and submitted correctly Develop clear SOPs and process guides for supervisors and managers Monitor compliance trends and recommend improvements HR Compliance & Employee Relation Support leaders with performance management, disciplinaries and documentation Ensure all practices align with relevant awards, legislation and company policy Maintain accurate employee records in line with compliance obligations Assist with workplace investigations as required Manager Support & Capability Building Coach and guide supervisors to apply workforce processes consistently Build leadership capability around people management and documentation Help create a culture of fair, consistent and compliant people management Recruitment & Onboarding Oversee recruitment and onboarding to ensure a quality, consistent experience Support HR staff responsible for recruitment administration Maintain and continuously improve onboarding documentation and processes Contribute to initiatives that improve engagement and retention What You''ll Bring Experience in HR coordination, workforce administration, payroll support or compliance Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage complex workforce data Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to develop clear processes and documentation High level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality Handson experience with FoundU or a similar workforce management system Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and modern awards Experience supporting multi-site or field-based workforces Background in training delivery or change management Who You Are You''re practical and solutions-focused.
