Key Responsibilities Lead Clinical Excellence: Deliver and oversee high-quality, relationship-centred care for small animal patients, including wildlife, while leading a collaborative and high-performing Primary Care team. Mentor & Inspire: Provide advanced clinical guidance, role modelling, and mentorship to junior clinicians, interns, and students, supporting their professional growth and development. Teach & Develop Talent: Deliver handson clinical training for undergraduate and postgraduate students, interns, and residents, contributing to their learning and the hospitals teaching excellence. Drive Improvement: Identify opportunities for service enhancement, lead quality assurance initiatives, and champion best practices across clinical care. Engage & Strategise: Represent the hospital externally, coordinate seamless patient care across teams, and contribute to strategic planning, operational management, and key leadership projects.
