Let us know your requirements, and well carefully consider how we might accommodate them.About The RoleWere seeking an experienced Health, Safety & Environment Advisor to join Alinta Energys project team supporting the Reeves Plains Energy Hub, a largescale renewable and battery storage development north of Adelaide.This role goes beyond technical HSE delivery, playing a key leadership role on site. Youll set clear expectations, influence behaviours and ensure standards are consistently applied, acting as the interface between site operations and leadership to translate corporate HSE requirements into practical, siteready outcomes.Youll be a trusted onsite presence, guiding teams to deliver safe outcomes through clear communication and sound judgement. There are plenty of great perks, from flexible working to a long list of exclusive Alinta benefits.What You''ll DoAct as the primary HSE advisor to the project, providing practical advice that supports both project delivery and Zero Harm objectivesTranslate corporate HSE policies, procedures and standards into clear, implementable sitelevel processes and documentationConduct and oversee HSE audits, inspections and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with legislative and project requirementsBuild strong working relationships with site teams, subcontractors and leadership, influencing safe behaviours and standardsLead and support incident and nearmiss investigations, identifying root causes and driving corrective actionsDeliver and support HSE training, coaching and safety conversations to lift capability across the projectYour ExperienceDegree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent practical experience)5+ years experience in HSE roles within construction, infrastructure, renewables or operational plant environmentsDemonstrated leadership experience within an HSE or sitebased role, influencing teams and driving accountabilityStrong site credibility with the confidence to challenge unsafe practicesProven ability to manage up and down and communicate expectations clearlyExperience translating HSE policies into practical, siteimplementable solutionsPlease note this role requires full working rights within Australia.If you like the sound of this, and youve got experience in a similar role, wed love to talk to you.
