From large-scale defence platforms to advanced space systems, our technology has supported more than 200 missions, and we continue to shape the future of secure, resilient, and innovative capabilities.If you are passionate about delivering outcomes that matter combining leadership, agility, and technical excellence we invite you to join CGI and help build the next generation of Defence and Space solutions.Your future duties and responsibilitiesAs an Agile Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of complex Defence and Space projects, driving outcomes through modern delivery practices and high-performing teams.You will:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Defence and Space projects using Agile and hybrid methodologiesFacilitate cross-functional teams to deliver incremental value and achieve key milestonesManage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies in dynamic environmentsEngage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective communicationEnsure compliance with Defence governance, security, and quality standardsAct as the primary interface between clients, partners, and delivery teamsChampion Agile principles, fostering a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvementContribute to bid activities, strategic planning, and capability development across Defence and Space domainsRequired Qualifications To Be Successful In This RoleProven experience managing complex projects within Defence, Space, or other secure environmentsStrong understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (e.g. Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and hybrid project modelsExperience working within Defence governance and secure delivery frameworksExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to deliver complex programmes on time and within budgetRelevant Project Management or Agile certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, SAFe) preferredActive NV2 or PV Security ClearanceTogether, as owners, lets turn meaningful insights into action.Life at CGI is rooted in ownership, teamwork, respect and belonging.
