Role Description This is a contract role for a Wellbeing & Engagement Lead based on-site in North East Adelaide, SA. The primary responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing programs and initiatives that promote wellness and engagement for Participants and Staff. The role involves providing psychosocial coaching, coordinating access to community resources, supporting in-home care participants, and managing tailored support plans to meet client needs. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver effective, compassionate support will be a key aspect of this position. Qualifications Proficiency in planning and delivering wellness and engagement to individual needs Knowledge of the NDIS space Strong interpersonal and communication skills for psychosocial support and addressing challenges Capability to coordinate in-home support, transportation, and access to community resources Experience in working with neurodivergent individuals or those with psychosocial disabilities Time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Resilience and a compassionate approach to personalized care Relevant certifications or qualifications in Disability space or social work, or related fields Strong lived experience with psychosocial and mental health challenges a huge advantage Knowledge of local community support services in Adelaide, SA, is a plus Mon 10-2 Tues 930-330 (.5 hour lunch break) Wed 930-330 (.5 hour lunch break) *** flexibility to discuss hours*** Renumeration Level 4.1 Casual Homecare Schads Award (Negotiable to 5.1 PPT) Fortnightly Fuel Card To Apply please email [email protected] with a resume and application letter outlining your experience.
