Roles and Responsibilities Role Overview The Infra Program Manager drives endtoend managed services programs comprising IT Infrastructure operations and inflight IT Infra project delivery (Service Desk, EUC, Hosting Data Center On Prem & Cloud, Network Operations, Command Center, IAM operations & IT Service Management). The role partners with crossfunctional teams, client stakeholders (CIO, IT Directors & SLOs), and leadership to ensure successful execution of programs, achievement of financial goals, and delivery of measurable business outcomes. Program Governance & Financial Management Lead program governance to ensure delivery excellence, proactive risk management, and alignment with contractual and performance commitments. Sustain and grow program revenue by identifying new streams through Change Requests (CRs), RFPs, and expanded scope opportunities. Improve operating margin through optimized role ratios, reduction of longterm subcontractor dependence, and costefficient resource planning. Establish and manage onsiteoffshore rotation plans to maximize cost efficiency, knowledge continuity, and resource exposure. Risk & Issue Management Proactively identify, log, and monitor program risks and issues through structured governance processes. Drive timely mitigation actions to minimize delivery disruptions and maintain operational stability. Client & Stakeholder Management Review the clients IT roadmap quarterly and align proposals, initiatives, and solutions accordingly. Conduct stakeholder feedback sessions to measure satisfaction and implement improvement actions. Establish a cadence of stakeholder engagements including 1:1s, QBRs, and innovation forums. Create annual travel and engagement plans for onsite visits, offshore interactions, and hosted events. Facilitate client participation in flagship events with effective followup. Strategic Leadership & Account Growth Execute strategic account plans and provide monthly progress updates. Identify upsell and crosssell opportunities based on client budgets, tracking and converting them into revenue. Enhance account visibility via capability showcases and thought leadership content. Drive innovation initiatives such as Kaizen drives, Hackathons, and pilot programs. Operational Excellence Oversee daytoday operational governance. Oversee IT inflight project governance. Leadership intervention during major incidents. Track and measure issueresolution effectiveness and drive improvements. Organizational & UnitLevel Initiatives Promote diversity in staffing by ensuring representation, especially in onsite roles. Contribute to RFPs and large deal pursuits for improved win probability. Coach and mentor emerging leaders to build organizational capability. Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of IT program or project management experience. Strong experience with onsiteoffshore models. Proficiency in financial management and stakeholder engagement. Strong governance and risk management capabilities. Experience in RFP processes and digital transformation programs. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Revenue growth and sustainability. Operating margin improvements. Onsiteoffshore ratio optimization. Stakeholder satisfaction scores. Innovation adoption rate. Strategic plan execution rate. Diversity participation metrics. Opportunity conversion and account growth rate. Additional Should have worked in large projects. Excellent customer interfacing skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
