Lead distribution and logistics for an iconic Australian brand. At R.M.Williams, craftsmanship, quality and people are at the heart of everything we do. Were looking for an experienced Distribution & Logistics Manager to lead endtoend operations across our growing network. Youll drive safety, performance, freight and 3PL optimisation, and support the evolution of our automated distribution capability. This is a key leadership role shaping the future of our supply chain. Key Responsibilities Lead distribution and logistics operations. Oversee freight, carrier performance and 3PL relationships. Optimise warehouse systems and automation for accuracy and efficiency. Drive continuous improvement and network optimisation initiatives. Strengthen supply chain resilience through forecasting, risk and scenario planning. Define and manage operational KPIs, reporting and network performance. Lead and develop the distribution Leaders and multisite teams. Govern system configuration, standards and change control. About You Youre an experienced distribution, logistics or supply chain leader who thrives in complex, fastmoving environments. You bring a handson approach, strong operational leadership, and the ability to build capability across teams while optimising network performance. Youll Also Bring Proven experience in distribution, fulfilment or logistics leadership. Strong freight, carrier and 3PL management expertise. Experience with WMS/WCS and automated warehouse environments. Strong analytical capability and experience managing KPIs and reporting. Ability to lead teams, build capability and embed continuous improvement. Strong crossfunctional collaboration skills. Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering or similar. Close collaboration with international teams is a key requirement of this role; therefore, work outside of standard business hours will be regularly required.
