About the Role As our Head Vet Nurse, youll be both a clinical leader and handson nurse, helping drive standards, teamwork, and great patient outcomes. Your role includes: Leading, mentoring, and developing our nursing team Supporting daily workflow and ensuring a great client experience Assisting in consultations and surgical procedures Monitoring anaesthetics and patient recovery Taking and processing radiographs Performing dental prophylaxis Administering medications and maintaining exceptional clinical standards About You You are someone who: A Certificate IV in Vet Nursing with a minimum of 3 years experience Has solid veterinary nursing background (leadership experience a bonus!) Communicates confidently with clients, patients, and your team Stays calm, organised, and proactive, even on busy days Leads with positivity, teamwork, and a passion for highquality care Engages and motivates your team through great communication Actively keeps up to date with modern nursing skills and best practice Loves teaching, mentoring, and fostering emerging talent Wants to help shape and grow a supportive, highperforming clinic culture Why Join Us?
