Position Overview Were seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee store operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a permanent full-time position at 38 hours per week. Required Qualifications & Skills Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or higher qualification in Retail Management, Business, or a related field Minimum of 12 months of retail or management experience Eligibility to work in Australia Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Proven team leadership and staff management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environmentExcellent time management and organizational skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Key Responsibilities Manage product selection, stock levels, and customer service standards to ensure efficient store operations. Develop and implement purchasing and marketing strategies, including pricing decisions. Promote and advertise the stores products and services to increase sales and customer engagement. Assist customers with product selection, provide advice on product use, and ensure a positive shopping experience. Monitor and maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and financial transactions. Prepare and manage store budgets and monitor expenses. Recruit, train, supervise, and support store staff to maintain high performance and service standards. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and store policies.
