This position qualifies for an annual Recruitment Incentive Package up to the value of $10,000 (conditions apply and may be prorated to your contracted or ordinary working hours, these payments are paid on a fortnightly basis) under the NSW Health Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme. The scheme recognises the key role health workers play in enabling the delivery of rural and remote health services, and aims to provide incentives over and above award entitlements, to attract and retain staff in these areas. Demonstrated application of professional and ethical boundaries to the delivery of patient care in the context of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrated application of evidencebased practice and critical thinking to advocate for and implement individualized personcentered care. Demonstrated capacity to identify and resolve conflict situations by managing own emotional responses and interacting with others in a personable and professional manner.
