(June 2025 - June 2026) FUNCTION: Commercial APAC LOCATION: Western Australia & South Australia TYPE: Permanent CAREER LEVEL 5 GET TO KNOW YOUR AREA : This role is responsible for driving growth of the Turf & Ornamental (T&O) and Industrial Vegetation Management (IVM) portfolio across Western Australia and South Australia through the execution of the segment strategy and strong engagement with distribution partners and end users. Working closely with Turf and Rural distribution agents, the role supports agent sales teams through technical expertise, joint customer engagement, and the implementation of commercial programs to grow market share. The position will also focus on identifying and developing new spray contractor and enduser opportunities, particularly across local government, infrastructure, utilities, mining, and open space management, while building strong relationships with turf managers, golf course superintendents, councils, and contractors to support the adoption of effective turf and vegetation management solutions. YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO: Strategic Sales & Growth (T&O & IVM) Drive market growth for Envus Turf & Ornamental (T&O) and Industrial Vegetation Management (IVM) portfolio through execution of national and territory sales strategies. Identify and develop new business opportunities with spray contractors and applicators across infrastructure, rail, utilities, local government, and industrial markets purchasing through rural and T&O retail channels. Develop and execute territory plans, guiding agents and contractors through the sales pipeline while providing forecasting insights to Supply Chain and Commercial Excellence. Lead commercial discussions with key stakeholders within major customer accounts. Account Management Develop and manage longterm relationships with key retail channel branches (Top 20 within the territory). Build strong relationships with spray contractors associated with the top 2030 retail branches. Drive adoption of Envu technologies and solutions through collaboration with retail channel partners. Segment spray contractor customers and implement targeted contractor programs and incentives in partnership with retail channel partners. Digital & CRM Engagement Utilize Envus CRM system to manage opportunities, track customer engagement, and support targeted communication strategies. Promote digital engagement and education tools to enhance customer awareness and datadriven decisionmaking. Report to the T&O and IVM Segment Lead Collaborate with Technical Services, Marketing Activation, Commercial Excellence, and Supply Chain to execute strategic plans and deliver customer value. Represent Envu at industry events, field days, training workshops, and channel partner events. Establish demonstration trials with Technical Services and support customers with projects aligned with key agents and spray contractor partners. KEY WORKING RELATIONS: Internal: Sales, Technical Service, Customer Service, Marketing Activation, Agency Coordinator/Sales Support External: Stakeholders End user spray contractors and applicators across infrastructure, rail, utilities, mining, industrial and local government sectors. Golf course superintendents, sports turf managers, and turf managers responsible for the management of golf courses, sports fields, and recreational turf facilities. Industry bodies and associations connected to the turf, vegetation management and contractor sectors. Government and local authorities, including local government asset managers and procurement stakeholders. ARE YOU READY FOR THE ROLE?
