As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role supporting the successful delivery of projects by administering head contracts and subcontractor agreements, managing financial processes, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual requirements. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and the broader construction team, you will help ensure projects remain commercially successful and well managed from start to finish. Duties include: Administering head contracts and subcontract agreements throughout the project lifecycle. Assisting with preparation and submission of client progress claims. Assessing and processing subcontractor claims and managing subcontractor payments. Preparing, submitting and tracking contract variations and extensions of time (EOTs). Supporting project cost control, including monitoring cashflow, budgets and margins. Maintaining accurate contract documentation, registers and project records. Assisting with project financial reporting and monthly progress reporting. Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors to resolve contractual and commercial matters. Attending project and site meetings and supporting the project delivery team. Ensuring contractual obligations and project administration tasks are completed in accordance with project requirements and company systems. About You: We are open to Junior, Intermediate and Senior Contract Administrators, so the level of experience can vary depending on the role. Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar. Experience in contract administration within the construction industry. Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial processes. Experience working with commercial construction projects. Strong communication and negotiation skills. High attention to detail and organisational ability. A proactive approach to problem solving. A collaborative team mindset.
