In this dynamic role you will be accountable to our Chief Executive for providing confidential, highlevel advice and administrative services, including high quality internal and external stakeholder communication and engagement, and advising on, and contributing to the resolution of complex and sensitive issues and documentation. This will include tasks such as preparing documentation including briefings, reports, presentations, and ministerials to support executive decisionmaking. You will guide the Board Secretary and the Committee Executive Officers and coordinate the preparation of board and committee papers, and distribution to members. You will also provide leadership and support to the Executive Support Officer and Executive Assistants fostering a high performing team environment. The experience we are looking for Extensive experience providing confidential executive support and strategic advice on sensitive matters to senior leaders. Ability to lead, coach and manage administrative support functions to deliver highquality support services. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience liaising across government, executive and external organisations. Highlevel written communication skills, including drafting and reviewing correspondence, reports and minutes with attention to political sensitivity and risk. Skilled in project coordination and crossfunctional collaboration to achieve strategic and operational outcomes.
