About The Role This is a dynamic rural Assistant in Nursing (AIN) position, offering broad clinical exposure across multiple departments. Youll play a key role in supporting patient care while gaining valuable handson experience in a variety of settings. In This Role, You Will Report to the Nurse Unit Manager and After Hours Nurse in Charge Work primarily across the general ward, with opportunities to support other areas Assist in planning and delivering care for inpatients and postoperative patients Contribute to safe, highquality care and daily ward operations Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Provide support across departments or nearby facilities as required This position offers genuine opportunities for ongoing training and supported professional development within the facility and across the district.
