Our inclusive, transparent and meritbased culture focuses on building a diverse and capable workforce that shares our purpose and values.About The Role Arkeus is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial strategy, governance and commercial discipline of the business as we scale. This is a critical executive leadership role responsible for financial stewardship, capital management and enabling sustainable growth in a complex, technologydriven environment. The CFO will partner closely with the CEO, Board and leadership team to support strategic decisionmaking, investment priorities, capital planning, future fundraising and longterm value creation. The CFO will lead and further build Arkeus'' finance capability, working with a small, highimpact inhouse finance team and evolving systems, processes and controls in line with the company''s growth.
