This holistic role is perfect for someone looking to advance their HR career.**We need you to*** Support Employee relations /Industrial relation related queries* Complete Workday admin tasks and respond to Workday related queries* Complete regular reporting (including casual conversions, turnover, inactive casuals, onboarding)* Support reward and analytics activities* Complete new starter training payments* Support annual incentive and salary review programs within store and support networks* Good use and understanding on Excel and other Microsoft platforms* General HR / people background is advantageous* Strong written communications skills* Exposure using Workday is desirable, but not necessary* Ability to work towards deadlines and manage changing priorities* Comfortable working with data and curious about analytics**Please note this is 12 month maternity cover, with the expectations to attend the office 3 days a week.***At 7-Eleven our people are at the heart of everything we do.**We are committed to creating a workplace that fosters inclusion and celebrates diversity.We strive to make every single 7-Eleven team member feel heard, valued, and respected no matter who they are or what diverse characteristics reflect their unique identity.
