Partnering with the corresponding Group Directors and Managing Directors and their teams. This role will accelerate our growth agenda through the right organisation, capability, and culture agenda, to ensure successful new market entry and business performance. This role is key to enabling the delivery of our high-performance culture.**Key Responsibilities:*** Expert in Human Resources: To be the go-to partner for all Human Resource related topics. Work closely and build strong partnerships being a key role in the Global HR team to ensure a collaborative and connected HR strategy is delivered for One; working across all aspects of the function''s remit, this role is responsible for implementing and executing against all agreed people priorities, to deliver people solutions and key initiatives to achieve desired outcomes. Help drive decision making across the HR team so that we are all custodians of our culture.* Business Partnering support the delivery and implementation of a strategic and commercial HR Business Partnering function that helps drive the business strategy of unlocking growth, contributing to the ongoing review of the HR operating model ensuring that the right capabilities are deployed in the business to support the global strategy. Support the Executive team, assessing and acquiring talent.* Lead and drive the delivery of the business'' regional (including some local) people plans and to be a key strategic partner in developing the overall Global People Strategy. An active member of the global leadership team, acting as trusted advisor to peers and providing advice and guidance. Constantly work to build credibility across the team from entry level graduates to C-Suite get to know how the business runs.* Develop and lead workforce plans, support business planning activities, deliver change management programmes, including acquisitions, restructuring disposals, and build robust talent pipelines, succession planning, talent gap analysis. This role is a champion of culture and engagement through the slick execution of agreed HR initiatives.* Manage recruitment in an effective way, aligned to values and growth plans, driving the EVP, and ensuring loyalty from pre-selection. Ensuring we attract the best talent in the market.* Manage the deployment of the Reward and Compensation strategy including benefits.**About You:**You are fanatical about customers and obsessed with growth.
