Location: Gunnedah, NSW Contract Type: Casual Salary Range: $27.91 per hour base + 25% Casual Loading ($34.89/hour!) and other Penalties. A council truly passionate about community! Kiosk Attendant The Role Were looking for individuals who are safetyconscious, dependable, and customerfocused. If you have the right attitude and commitment, full training will be provided. A background in customer service is an advantage. In this role your primary duty is to provide a high level of service and interaction with pool clientele while operating the kiosk. You''ll be responsible for food preparation, sales, cash handling, serving customers, while contributing to a friendly and safe environment. This role is perfect for those seeking casual and flexible hours. Key Responsibilities - Assist in the daily operations of the kiosk as and when required, including but not limited to food preparation, sales, cash handling, and serving customers. - Respond swiftly and efficiently to any emergencies, providing first aid or CPR when needed. - Assist in maintaining pool cleanliness and general facility upkeep. - Provide excellent customer service, assisting patrons with inquiries or concerns. - Participate in ongoing training and safety drills to maintain high standards. Skills And Qualifications - First Aid and CPR qualifications. - Current Employee WWCC. - Food Safety Supervisor Certificate. - Ability to stay calm under pressure and act decisively in emergency situations. - Strong communication skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer service. - Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays.
