We are seeking Specialised Rig Operators to join our high-performing teams and support the safe and efficient delivery of ground improvement projects across QLD, NSW, WA, VIC and SA. About the role We are seeking experienced specialists in piling and ground improvement operations to join our team. This opportunity covers a range of positions such as: - Deep Soil Mixing Operators - High Pressure Pump Operators (Techniwell Systems) You will work on complex projects across multiple states, operating and maintaining specialist rigs and equipment and ensuring safe, highquality delivery of ground improvement works. Key responsibilities - Proven experience operating Fundex, Bauer, or Liebherr rigs - Operate and maintain jet grouting rigs (KB8, MC22) and deep soil mixing plant - Operate highpressure pumping systems (Techniwell or similar) - Support daily site operations including material handling, rig movements, and site preparation - Assist with setup, operation, inspections, routine maintenance, and reporting - Follow project plans, safety procedures, and quality requirements - Contribute to a strong safety culture and promote teamwork on site About you - Experience with highpressure pumps (Techniwell) is highly desirable - Supervisory experience for those applying for leading hand / supervisor positions - Strong understanding of site safety and risk management - Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with site teams - Physically fit and capable of working in demanding outdoor environments - High risk work tickets (highly desirable) - Commitment to learning and developing skills within the geotechnical industry Why work with us - Work with a global industry leader in geotechnical solutions - Career development and training opportunities - Supportive and collaborative team culture - Competitive salary and employee benefits - Aboveindustry paid parental leave - Gain exposure to major projects across Australia with opportunities for travel How to apply If you are a skilled and safetyconscious operator or supervisor looking to grow your career with a global industry leader, we want to hear from you!
