McMahon Services is seeking experienced Leading Hands to support delivery of civil and infrastructure projects across South Australia. This is a handson site leadership role, providing direct supervision to crews delivering civil works, including water, sewer and drainage. Youll play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, to quality standards and in line with project programs. About the Role Reporting to the Site Supervisor, you will coordinate daily site activities, resources and labour while leading crews on civil works. Youll ensure compliance with WHS and quality requirements, maintain accurate site records and support positive relationships with clients and the public.
