- Casual pool - ASO3 salary range $34.55 - $36.82 per hour + super - Vacancies at all TAFESA campuses - View: Role Description The Opportunity The Support Coordinator delivers efficient quality customer service by applying subject matter expertise to provide accurate, relevant and timely information in an environment of changing deadlines and priorities. The Support Coordinator supervises staff to deliver organisational outcomes through efficient and effective allocation of resources and adherence to established operating processes and procedures. What Were Looking For - Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality student/customer-centric service in a front-line environment. - Demonstrated experience in resolving complex customer queries including recommending solutions and escalating according to risk. - Proven ability to coordinate and develop staff and to successfully adapt and promote improvement in an environment of continuous change. - Proven ability to coordinate the prioritisation and management of fluctuating workloads within a team, in a high-volume, deadline-driven customer service environment to achieve business objectives. What You Need to Know A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
