Legal Consultant Corporate M&A and Commercial Lawyer (4+ PQE)Peerpoint is A&O Shearman''s global platform for selfdirected consultant lawyers who want to access highquality work, clients, resources and support. Assignments typically last six months or more, either within A&O Shearman practice groups or directly with clients. Candidates may be based in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, or remote working arrangements may also be considered.About the roleWe are seeking selfdriven corporate M&A and commercial lawyers with 4+ years postqualification experience and an equivalent practising certificate.
