You''ll be part of a small, agile team where the business owners are actively involved, enabling quick decision-making and a responsive working environment. Key responsibilities include:Managing your own portfolio while leading and mentoring junior property managersBuilding and maintaining strong tenant relationships, focusing on engagement, retention, and service deliveryOverseeing lease negotiations, renewals, rent reviews, and arrearsTaking ownership of all facilities and asset management duties, including compliance and contractor managementConducting property inspections and ensuring maintenance and safety obligations are metUsing Cirrus8 software to manage property workflows, budgets, invoicing, reconciliations, and reportingSupporting tenants in their use of the Cirrus8 portal to encourage self-sufficiency and streamlined communicationProviding timely and detailed reporting to owners and internal stakeholdersWhat We''re Looking ForMinimum 5 years'' experience in commercial or industrial property managementProficiency with Cirrus8, and willingness to learn and champion the softwareStrong leadership and interpersonal skills with a confident, solutions-focused approachSound understanding of lease administration, property legislation, and trust accountingExperience in facilities management and contractor coordinationHigh attention to detail, strong written/verbal communication skills, and a collaborative mindsetCurrent PM registration, police clearance, WA driver''s licence, and own vehicleIf you have the required experience, please apply below.
