Were looking for an experienced Welder to join our team and help us deliver highquality metal fabrication work across our building projects. This role suits someone who takes pride in accuracy, works safely, and enjoys being part of a supportive, handson team. Key Responsibilities Carry out a range of welding techniques and metal fabrication task Read and interpret drawings before starting work Fabricate wall and roof frames Prepare materials, cut steel, and operate welding and cutting equipment Use hand tools to shape and assemble building materials Maintain high standards of quality and minimise waste Keep the weld bay clean and organised Work safely and follow all WHSEQ procedures, PPE requirements, and reporting processes What Youll Bring At least 2 years experience in a similar welding or fabrication role Strong knowledge of metal fabrication and building products Ability to read and understand technical drawings A strong focus on safety, quality, and accuracy Good communication skills and a positive, teamfocused attitude Ability to plan, prioritise, and complete tasks on time High attention to detail and initiative Qualifications Certificate III in Engineering Fabrication Current Australian Drivers Licence Construction White Card High Risk Forklift Licence (preferred but not essential) Why Fleetwood?
