You might currently be in a BDM, Account Management, or Client Relationship role, ideally within an MSP, ICT, or technology services environment and you''re ready for a role where you own your portfolio end-to-end and are backed by a team that actually moves with you. You bring: Solid MSP/ICT account management, BDM, or service delivery experience with commercial ownership Familiarity with PSA/RMM platforms (ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA) and the modern Microsoft stack The ability to communicate clearly from C-suite to site level (executive presence plus technical empathy) QBR discipline, renewal mechanics, and margin awareness. You can read a P&L and act on it A driver''s licence and reliable car for Perth client visits Nice-to-haves: sector expertise, security solutions familiarity, and a track record of multi-year client relationships What the work looks like Grow accounts: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, steer renewals, and run QBRs that clients actually look forward to Retain like a pro: Build relationships across executive, ops, and tech teams. Spot churn risks early and act fast Advise with substance: Turn discovery into pragmatic roadmaps across Microsoft 365/Azure, cybersecurity, backup/DR, networking, and managed services Orchestrate delivery: Partner with Professional Services & Managed Services to turn promises into outcomes Champion the client: Escalate smart, communicate clearly, and close every loop Youll control a defined portfolio with clear revenue, renewal, and expansion goals and the authority to make things happen.
