We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join a well-established contractor delivering works across multiple projects in remote WA locations. This is a FIFO role on an 8:6 roster, working across various sites in Northern WA, supporting operations and ensuring strong safety performance across all projects. About the Role Reporting to the Project/Operations team, you will play a key role in promoting and maintaining a positive safety culture across multiple sites. This position requires flexibility to travel between multiple projects as required. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, policies, and proceduresFacilitate incident investigations and reportingDeliver safety training, toolbox talks, and inductionsAssist with development and implementation of safety systemsPromote a proactive and positive safety culture across teamsSupport supervisors and management with safety-related matters About You Previous experience as an HSE Advisor within construction, civil, or mining environmentsStrong knowledge of WHS legislationAbility to work autonomously across multiple sitesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong attention to detail and reporting capabilityFlexible and adaptable to changing project requirements Tickets & Requirements Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum)White CardCurrent Drivers LicenceAbility to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Whats on Offer $75 - $80 per hour + superFIFO 8:6 rosterOpportunity to work across diverse and ongoing projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
