A bit about the role Here at Youth Projects, a Recruitment Partner is responsible for developing and maintaining meaningful employment pathways for young people in your community in accordance with the Transition to Work program. This role requires you to leverage your business development and stakeholder relationship skills in order to identify and secure meaningful and ongoing employment opportunities that address our clients unique needs and interests. This role is much more than just filling vacancies. Youre building and nurturing positive working relationships with clients and local employers, understanding their needs and providing them with tailored solutions to their challenges along the way.
