The Opportunity This is a career-defining role with genuine long-term progression, including a clear pathway into leadership. Alternatively, there is strong support to develop as a technical specialist within a highly regarded plaintiff practice. You will manage a diverse personal injury practice, with a focus on complex and sensitive matters, including: Mesothelioma Silica-related claims Coal mine dust disease The work spans multiple jurisdictions and involves direct client engagement, often in highly sensitive circumstances. You will operate with a high level of autonomy, running your own matters while working closely with a leading practitioner in their field within the toxic exposure, dust diseases and specialist personal injury space.
